Doordash Launches $5 Subscription Plan For Students

DoorDash is launching a brand new, discounted subscription plan for school college students. DashPass for Students, introduced Monday, will price $4.99 monthly — half the value of the usual month-to-month DashPass subscription — or $48 for the annual scholar plan choice.The scholar plan comes with a number of “always-on” advantages: limitless free supply on orders above $12, DoorDash credit of 5% again on pickup orders from eligible eating places, and members-only promos and unique menu gadgets.”Access to handy, quick, and inexpensive methods to get the whole lot you want is essential for busy college students on the go,” CMO Kofi Amoo-Gottfried stated in an announcement. “With the launch of DashPass for Students, we’re excited to vary the sport for college students with a plan that is designed particularly for them and gives entry to the whole lot from late evening research snacks and grocery gadgets to high school provides and dorm necessities.”All undergraduate and graduate college students at accredited faculties and universities throughout the US are eligible for the $5 scholar plan.
